Terms of Use for PureWake

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the PureWake mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

1. Use of the App

PureWake is an alarm clock application designed to help you wake up peacefully. You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

PureWake offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Monthly, Yearly) and a one-time Lifetime purchase.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Refunds: All charges for in-app purchases are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, subject to Apple's standard refund policies.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to make PureWake as reliable as possible, we do not guarantee that the App will function without interruption or errors.

CRITICAL ALARM DISCLAIMER: You acknowledge that PureWake relies on your device's battery, operating system, and volume settings. We are not responsible or liable for any missed alarms, oversleeping, missed appointments, loss of employment, or any other direct or indirect damages resulting from the failure of the App to wake you up or alert you at a specific time. Always use a backup alarm for critical events.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to the audio tracks, sounds, visual interfaces, graphics, design, and code, are the intellectual property of the PureWake developers or their licensors and are protected by copyright laws. You may not extract, distribute, or use the App's audio files outside of the App.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
